Booking Confirmation

Please note that by confirmation of your Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation booking and payment of the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed hereafter. All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.

Payment Policy

All payments are required by credit card.

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 3 working days prior to arrival.

All tariffs are GST inclusive.

All credit card payments to Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation are processed via Stripe secure payment processing facility. For more information on security and encryption visit https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

Cancellation Policy

A full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations made 29-14 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.      

Cancellations made 14-8 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.        

Cancellations made 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of checkin.

Cancellations that occur or reductions of length of stay within 14 days of arrival or part way through the stay, the guest will incur the total accommodation cost of all night's reserved, regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date.

All cancellations will occur an administration processing fee that Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation is charged though the booking channel. This fee is 6% of monies paid at time of the cancelation. 3% to process your booking and 3% to cancel. 

Covid Cancellation due to Government travel restrictions

Any guests needing to cancel bookings due to Covid government travel restrictions up to 14 days before check-in, we offer a full refund less the administration processing fee. 

Any guests needing to cancel bookings due to Covid government travel restrictions within 14 days of check-in we are offering a credit, otherwise our standard cancellation policy applies.


The number of people occupying the accommodation is, under no circumstances, to exceed the number of people shown on the booking confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation.

No functions or parties unless agreed prior to the booking. 

Responsibilities of the guest

The guest is responsible for the accommodation during his/her stay.

Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation expects the guest to take all reasonable care of the retreat and to leave it tidy after departure.

If Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation finds that the accommodation has not been left in a reasonable condition, Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation will charge the guest for time required for extra cleaning.

Breakages policy

Please note that any damage/loss caused to the property or furnishings during your stay could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly, either fully or partly, to you the registered guest.


Guest credit card details are held for up to 7 days if a charge is required for any damage.

The guest authorizes Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation the right to make a claim to cover the expense of any loss, damage, breakage, extra cleaning or any other unforeseen costs to the property relating to their stay. 

Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation have 7 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the bond for damages to the owner’s property. A bond of $500 may be charged to the guest’s credit card however the guest agrees that the liability is not limited to the bond amount. 

Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property however caused during your stay. 


Check in time is from 3pm. There is no guaranteed early check in before 3pm. 


Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. The property must be completely vacated by check out time. 

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. 

The guest agrees as follows:

To take proper care of the property, to ventilate it adequately, to keep it clean and tidy, to use chattels and appliances in a proper and responsible manner and to not store any dangerous goods in the property nor to make alterations of any kind. 

To be financially responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the occupation 

To not smoke cigarettes, cigars or narcotics on the property, and to not permit any guest or invitee to do the same. Breaches of this condition will be subject to a spring-cleaning/deodorizing charge of up to $2000 and could result in immediate eviction. 

The guest agrees not to keep or feed or allow or permit any other person to keep or feed any pet in or about the property. 

To not host a party, of any kind neither from the apartment nor to adversely interfere with the quiet environment of the neighbors. There should be no noise after 10pm. 

Should we receive a complaint from the neighbours or our cleaners, which we regard as fair and reasonable, this will result in an eviction from the property without compensation, nor we will be held responsible to accommodate the tenant in alternative accommodation. 

Whenever the Accommodation is left unattended, the guest will fasten all locks to all doors and windows, to prevent unauthorised access to the Accommodation 

To avoid cooking strong odorous foods, such as of fish/seafood. The owner reserves the right to withhold the guests bond to cover the cost of deodorising the house. 


The person making the booking, must be present and onsite at the property throughout the stay, unless prior agreement has been made with Paradise Luxury Accommodation

The property is let on the understanding that the accommodation is for short term use only, for the period specified and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the applicants or anyone in the applicant’s party beyond the specified date and time. 

At no time during the period of permitted use may the property be occupied overnight by more than the number of people specified on the booking form (including children & infants). Guests must not sub-let the property to any other party. 


The guest agrees, that should all of these conditions not be adhered to, the owners or their manager will have the right to immediately terminate this contract and the guest and all other persons will vacate the property immediately if requested to do so by the owners or the manager. 

In this event, the guest agrees that no refund will be due or paid for any unused accommodation nights. 

Insurance and No Liability

The guest will not do anything that could adversely affect the Owners insurance over the Accommodation. The personal effects of the guest, will not be insured by the Owner of Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation

The guest acknowledges that all personal items and vehicles (including vehicle contents) of the guest remain the guest’s responsibility and the Owner of Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation

accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. 

In the event that the guest uses extra facilities at the Accommodation including, but not limited to, kayaks, dinghies, bicycles, trampolines, spas and swimming pools, such use is entirely at the guest's own risk at all times and the owner of Paradise Beach Luxury Accommodation accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss to the guest. 

Children are to be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
